摘要 作为防洪保安主要工程措施之一,水库对保障人民群众生命财产安全发挥着重要作用,防洪高水位是水库相关计算中极其重要的参数。在我国沿海地区,有不少水库位于海边,其在汛期排洪时受外海潮位顶托,排洪流量时刻受外海潮位和闸门开度影响,一次洪水调度过程中潮位变幅大,排洪闸启闭次数多,因此调洪应以尽可能短的时间步长计算,且不应忽略闸门启闭过程时间。以福建省2座中小型水库为例,探讨临海中小型水库调洪演算的计算方法。 As a main engineering measure for flood control, reservoirs play an important role in protecting people's lives and property.The upper water level is an important parameter in reservoir routing. In our country coastal area,a lot of reservoirs are built by the sea.During the flood season,flood water from the reservoir is jacked up by seawater, and the flood water discharge is affected by the tide and the opening of sluice all the time. In a flood routing process,tide changes, and the gates open and close often,so the time step should be as short as possible; and the open- close operation of sluice needs a long time,so it should not be ignored. This paper takes two reservoirs in Fujian as examples, and discussesthe flood routing method for the sea- side reservoir.
