摘要 为进一步加强水利部门的预算执行管理,提高预算执行的科学化和精细化管理水平,结合水利预算执行考核相关管理规定,根据预算执行考核流程,开展需求分析、系统功能及细粒度权限控制设计,开发水利财政预算执行监管系统,并在实际工作中取得了良好的应用效果。 In order to further strengthen the water resources department's budget execution management, and improve the scientific and meticulous management level of budget execution, based on the relevant management regulation of water resources budget execution and evaluation and according to the process of budget execution and evaluation, we develop the requirement analysis, design the system function and fine- grained access control, and develop the water resources budget execution and supervision system which has achieved good application effect in practice.
