摘要 依据正弦波脉宽调制(SPWM)技术,汽车空调蒸发风机逆变器主电路采用三相双极性逆变桥式电路,逆变管采用功率场效应晶体管,控制电路采用数字集成电路。根据其原理编出数据表并存储于EPROM中,用这些数据来控制每对逆变管的导通与截止。实现将汽车内的直流电压变换为电压、频率可调的三相正弦交流电压,带动三相交流异步电动机。其电路简单、实用、造价低,而且可以保证三相位的对称性,形成较好的三相正弦波。 According as the sinusoidal pulse width modulation(SPWM)technology,this contravariant device adopts the contravariant bridge circuit of three-phase and double-electrode as its main circuit,the power field effect transistor as its contravariant tube and the digital integrated circuit as its control circuit.According to its principle,a data list is done and written into the EPROM.These data can be used to control the passing-through and cut -off of the contravariant pipe,thus it can change the DC voltage into the three-phase sinusoidal AC voltage with adjustable frequency and voltage,so it can drive the three-phase AC motor.This electric circuit is simple but practical and cheap.It can make sure of the symmetry of the three phases and the shaping of the better three-phase sinusoidal pulse.
