流化床中苯催化氧化制顺酐——催化剂的研制及应用 被引量:1

摘要 本文叙述流化床中苯催化氧化制顺丁烯二酸酐所用的V-P-Mo/硅胶催化剂之最佳组份及制备方法。在Φ30mm的反应器上,考察了反应温度、苯浓度和空间速度对其催化性能的影响。工业放大制备的催化剂之性能基本与实验室制备者相符。当用于Φ1000mm反应器中时,经3600小时运转,活性稳定,顺酐收率保持在55—58%之间。 The method of preparing V-P-Mo/SiO_2 catalyst used for oxidation of benzene to maleic anhydride in fluidized bed reactor was described. In a φ30mm diameter reactor, the effects of temperature, benzene concentration and space velocity on the yield of maleic anhydride was studied. The catalyst prepared in commercial scale was found to have the same performance as that prepared in laboratory. When it was operated in a φ 1m reactor running for 3600 hours, its activity remained nearly constant and yield of maleic anhydride ranged from 55 to 58%.
