摘要
从为社会抢救科技信息、为国家培养人才、提高期刊质量方面阐述稿件退修的意义与作用,并对稿件退修工作存在的问题、编辑审稿、选择审稿人、写好退修意见等方面的编辑工作与责任做重点论述。
The importance and the roles of the revision of manuscripts are discussed from the aspects of saving the useful sci-tech information, training the authors and improving the quality of scientific journals. The paper also puts forward their ideas in editors' initial evaluation, peer reviewer selection and better writing of the revision suggestions for the authors.
