摘要
本文从计算机程序设计的基本思想、方法和计算机在实际工作中的应用出发,概要介绍了人事管理系统软件的系统理论和数据库结构。提出了计算机在人事管理工作中的应用范围及应用效果。
This report is based on basic thought of the computer program design and the application in the practice works. It introduces the systematic theory and data base structure about the personnel affairs management software system. The application range and results of the computer in personnel managemerit are described.
