摘要
乌拉尔甘草的甲醇提取物经萃取、聚酰胺和硅胶柱层析等分离,测定了每一分离组分对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率。其中,苯萃取物对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率为0;水不溶物对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率为-98 3%;甘草素和异甘草素对酪氨酸酶活性的最大抑制率分别为62 2%和98 8%,ICmax分别为1 28g/L和2 57g/L,IC50分别为0 84g/L和0 45g/L。
The methanol extract from glycyrrhiza uralensis fisch was separated by solvent extraction,polyamide and silica gel column chromatography.The inhibitory capabilities of all the fractions against tyrosinase activity were identified.In these fractions,inhibitory capability of benzene-extracted fraction against tyrosinase was zero,inhibitory capability of water-insoluble fraction against tyrosinase was-983 %.The maximum inhibitory capability of liquiritigenin and isoliquiritigenin against tyrosinase is 622 % and 988 % respectively,while the ICmaxis 128 g/L and 257 g/L,the IC50 is 084 g/L and 045 g/L respectively.
