摘要
目的:观察麝香保心丸联合中药穴位贴敷治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选取102例老年慢性心力衰竭患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各51例。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予曲美他嗪片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用麝香保心丸联合中药穴位贴敷。治疗3个月后对比2组临床疗效、心功能指标、血清炎症因子。结果:总有效率观察组90.20%,对照组72.55%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组左室射血分数(LVEF)均较治疗前提高(P <0.05),左室收缩末径(LVSD)、左室舒张末径(LVDD)均较治疗前缩短(P <0.05);观察组LVEF高于对照组(P <0.05),LVSD、LVDD均短于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组半乳糖凝集素-3 (Gal-3)、B型脑钠肽(BNP)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)水平均较治疗前降低(P <0.05);观察组Gal-3、BNP、IL-6水平均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:麝香保心丸联合中药穴位贴敷治疗老年慢性心力衰竭临床疗效显著,能改善患者的心功能,降低炎症因子水平。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shexiang Baoxin pills combined with Chinese herbal acupoint application for senile chronic heart failure.Methods:Enrolled 102 cases of senile patients with chronic heart failure and divided them into the observation group and the control group according to random number table.The control group was treated with trimetazidine dihydrochloride tablets based on routine treatment,while the observation group was additionally treated with the combination of Shexiang Baoxin pills and the Chinese herbal acupoint application.After 3 months of treatment,compared the clinical effect,heart function indexes and serum inflammatory factors in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 90.20%in the observation group and 72.55%in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);the left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVSD)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDD)were shorter than those before treatment(P<0.05).The LVEF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the LVSD and LVDD were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of galectin-3(Gal-3),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);the levels of Gal-3,BNP and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Shexiang Baoxin pills combined with Chinese herbal acupoint application for senile patients with chronic heart failure has obvious clinical effect.It can improve the heart function of patients,reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
