摘要
为提高车轴钢质量,增设炉外喷粉处理。处理时,平炉出钢温度应控制在1650~1660℃为宜。使用不同粉剂效果不同,以CaO基合成剂效果较好,其平均脱硫率为28~50%,钢中夹杂物基本球化、细小、分布均匀,夹杂总量可降低28~45%,经处理的车轴钢达到优质钢水平,收到较好的经济和社会效益。
ln order to improve quality of the bearing steel powder injection was practised in the secondary refining at the plant. In the treatment the tapping temperature of moltem steel from the open hearth furnace has to be confined to 1650~1660℃.Operational efficiency varies with differenet type of powder flux used in the process, in which the CaO based compounded powder has aclfeved better results, i.e.inclusions in steel are basically of fine spherical shape and regularly distributed; total amount of inclusions are reduced by 28~45% and product quality of the bearing steel has ranked among the excellent quality steels through treatment by this powder, and better economical and social efficiencies are thus achieved.
