摘要
根据不同的原料 ,评述了碳酸二甲酯 (DMC)生产的多种工艺路线及其技术经济指标。介绍了国内DMC的生产与供求情况 ,指出国内市场需求量有限 ,切忌盲目建设 ,2 0 0 5年前不宜再建DMC新装置。建议大力开发下游产品 。
Several processes to synthesize dimethyl carbonate(DMC)and their technical economics are described on the basis of different raw materials. The domestic production,supply and demand for DMC are analyzed. It is pointed out that new DMC units should not be built before 2005 because of the limited domestic demand. It is suggested that domestic producers and researcher should boost the downstream product development and deepen gas phase process to synthesize DMC.
