摘要
目的 :观察平胃安中汤对消化性溃疡的疗效。方法 :按中医辨证将消化性溃疡 62例分脾胃虚寒、肝胃不和、瘀血阻络、脾胃阴虚四型。应用平胃安中汤治疗 ,并与法莫替丁、阿莫西林治疗作对照。结果 :临床痊愈率治疗组 61 .2 9% ,对照组 43.5 % ,两组比较 P<0 .0 5。结论 :平胃安中汤治疗组疗效明显优于以法莫替丁、阿莫西林治疗的对照组。
Objective: To observation on Pingwei Anzhong decoction in treating peptic ulcer.Methods:62 patients with peptic ulcer were divided into four groups based on their different syndrome: deficiency cold in spleen and stomach syndrome, disharmony between liver and stomach syndrome, blood stasis obstructing collaterals syndrome and deficiency Yin in spleen and stomach syndrome. They were treated with Pingwei decoction, Famotidine,and Amoxycillin respectively, with their therapeutic effect compared. Results: The healing rate in groups treated by Pingwei decoction was 61.29%. Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Pingwei decoction is significantly better than that of Famotidine or Amoxycillin on treating peptic ulcer.
