摘要
本文用压片及树脂薄切片的方法,以脱色苯胺兰诱导荧光,观察了掌叶大黄(Rheumpalmatum L.)大、小孢子发生期间细胞壁胼胝质的变化.从小孢子母细胞减数分裂开始至小孢子初期有规律地积累胼胝质.而大孢子母细胞仅在珠孔端及以后二分体、四分体的横壁上积累胼胝质.功能大孢子孢的珠孔端仍存留胼胝质荧光.从二分体时期开始,合点端临近的一些细胞壁上有自发荧光.
The callose changes of cell wails were observed by using the methodof decoloured aniline—blue during megasporogenesis and microsporogenesisin Rheum palmatum L..From the beginning of the microspore mothercell meiosis to the early stage of microspore,callose can be seen depositedregularly.However,callose only deposits on the micropylar end of themegaspore mother cell,the transverse walls of the dyad and tetrad.Thecallose fluorescence still remains at the micropylar end of the functionalmegaspore.Autofluorescence appears on some adjacent chalazal nucellar cellwalls from the beginning of the dyad.
