摘要
针对中、小型化肥厂生产中脱硫循环泵泄漏的问题,分析了造成泄漏的主要原因是机械密封的动、静环失效与弹性压紧元件的失效或由于种种原因造成的动环比压不足。提出了通过改变动、静环材料,提高压紧元件比压,防止弹性元件失效等措施,改进离心泵的密封结构,改善机械密封的工作环境,使脱硫循环泵的泄漏问题得到了解决。
In analysing the leakage of the desulphurization recycle pumps during the production process in the small and medium sized fertilizer factories,it is concluded that its main cause is the inefficiency of the dynamic and static rings used for mechanical seal, the inefficiency of spring compress elements or the inadequate pressure of the dynamic rings caused by various causes, relevant measures as changing the material of the dynamic and static rings improving the pressure of the compress elements preventing spring elements from losing efficiency are discussed.By improving the seal structure of centrifugal pumps, and the working background of the mechanical seal the leakage problem of the desulphurization recycle pumps is solved.
