摘要
目的:探讨对住院治疗的糖尿病患者进行全程健康教育的临床效果。方法 :对2012年12月~2014年12月期间我院收治的132例糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我们将这132例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各有66例患者。在这两组患者住院治疗期间,我院对对照组患者进行常规护理,对观察组患者在进行常规护理(方法与对照组患者相同)的基础上,进行全程健康教育。护理结束后,比较两组患者接受护理前后空腹血糖的水平、糖尿病防治知识掌握情况的评分和治疗依从性的评分。结果 :在接受护理前,两组患者空腹血糖的水平、糖尿病防治知识掌握情况的评分和治疗依从性的评分相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。在接受护理后,两组患者空腹血糖的水平均较接受护理前有明显的下降,其糖尿病防治知识掌握情况的评分和治疗依从性的评分均较接受护理前有明显的提高,其中观察组患者接受护理后空腹血糖的水平明显低于对照组患者,其接受护理后糖尿病防治知识掌握情况的评分和治疗依从性的评分均明显高于对照组患者,二者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 :对住院治疗的糖尿病患者进行全程健康教育可有效地提高其对糖尿病防治知识的掌握度和治疗的依从性,促进其血糖水平的下降。此护理方法值得在临床上推广使用。
objective:to study in the process of implementing the management of diabetes care, after observing the whole health education mode for clinical effect.Methods:selected from December2012-December 2014 132 cases of diabetes patients.Through the stochastic indicator method complete randomized patients with diabetes.C1(observation group 66 cases) : clinical choose the whole health education method;C2 group(the control group, 66 cases) : clinical choose the method of routine health education;Comparison of two groups of patients with diabetes clinical nursing effect.Results:two groups of patients with diabetes after health education, respectively, in the fasting blood glucose levels and diabetes knowledge swot analysis, etc.,C1 C2 is obviously better than the group with diabetes(P<0.05).Conclusion: for patients with diabetes, choose the whole health education in the process of nursing management mode,can effectively will be patient for the swot analysis to improve diabetes knowledge, is worth wide application in the clinical practice.
