摘要
目的:探讨对甲状腺肿瘤患者进行普外科手术治疗的临床效果。方法:对2012年5月~2014年5月期间我院收治的60例甲状腺肿瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。将这60例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各有30例患者。对对照组患者进行保守治疗,对观察组患者进行普外科手术治疗。然后,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组患者,观察组患者病情的复发率明显低于对照组患者,二者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:对甲状腺肿瘤患者进行普外科手术治疗的疗效显著,且其病情的复发率低。此疗法值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective:Explore the surgical treatment of thyroid cancer general clinical care points,elaborating patients treatment situation.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The use of a random number table extraction method grouped on usual care(control group) and overall perioperative nursing intervention(observation group) to compare outcomes.Results:Observation group was significantly higher effect,complication rate was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:General surgery for the treatment of thyroid tumors have a very good effect, playing an important role in the clinical.
