摘要
内嵌式多自由度共振吸声结构是一种基于蜂窝的宽频吸声结构,是未来航空发动机新型消声短舱的主要结构形式,具有吸声频带宽、具有多个共振吸收峰、整体力学性能高等特点,而且可以灵活的调整内嵌隔层的位置来适应发动机的具体噪声频率。该共振吸声结构已成功应用于A380及B787等一系列飞机的发动机声衬中,取得了良好的降噪效果。随着国产大飞机及国产商用发动机研究的不断推进,研制具有自主知识产权的新型吸声降噪结构已迫在眉睫。本文根据近年来的工作进展,简要阐述了内嵌式多自由度吸声降噪蜂窝以及吸声降噪结构的形式、具体的制备工艺以及影响吸声效果的结构参数。根据赫姆霍兹共振器原理及马大猷的微穿孔板理论,优化出了3个系列的双自由度和三自由度共振吸声结构,分别对其进行了吸声系数的测试,并与理论计算结果进行了对比。实验结果表明:理论计算和实际测试结果吻合度较高,所设计的三组实验均表现出了明显的多峰吸声特征,尤其是三自由度吸声结构表现出了优异的吸声效果,最高吸声系数达到0.99,在500Hz-6400Hz的范围内,平均吸声系数达到了0.87。
The embedded multi degree of freedom resonant sound absorption structure is a kind of wide-band sound absorption structure based on honeycomb.It is the main structure of the new type sound absorption nacelle in the future.It has the characteristics of wide acoustic absorption band,multiple resonance absorption peak and high overall mechanical performance,and can be adapted to the specific noise frequency of the engine through adjusting the position of embedded interlayer.This resonance absorbing structure has been successfully applied to a series of aircraft engine’s acoustic liners,such as A380 and B787,and achieved good noise reduction effect.With the continuous development of domestic large aircraft and domestic commercial engine,it is urgent to develop a new type of sound absorption and noise reduction structure with independent intellectual property rights.In this paper,based on the progress of the work in recent years,the form of the embedded multi degree of freedom sound absorption and noise reduction honeycomb,the form of sound absorption and noise reduction structure,the specific preparation process and the structural parameters affecting the sound absorption effect are described.According to the principle of Herm Holtz resonator and Ma da you’s micro perforated plate theory,3 series of double and three degree of freedom resonant sound absorption structures are optimized.The sound absorption coefficient is tested respectively,and the results are compared with the theoretical calculation results.The experimental results show that the theoretical calculation is in good agreement with the actual test results.The three sets of experiments show obvious multi peak sound absorption characteristics,especially the three degree of freedom sound absorption structure shows excellent sound absorption effect,the highest sound absorption coeficient reaches0.99,and the average sound absorption coefficient reaches 0.87 within the range of 500 Hz-6400 Hz.
