用数值模拟方法确定露天转地下境界矿柱厚度 被引量:12

摘要 露天转地下开采的矿山 ,其露天坑底境界矿柱厚度的确定 ,对于金属矿山地下开采安全生产极为重要。针对石人沟铁矿露天转地下的实际情况 ,对其安全顶柱厚度运用东北大学岩石破裂与失稳研究中心的RFPA2D数值模拟系统 ,对具有代表性的断面进行了分析计算 ,模拟了开挖过程中境界矿柱的变形和破坏情况 ,为矿山设计提出的境界矿柱厚度进行了验证和补充 ,同时也为矿山设计施工提供依据和指导。 In the case of mine that is going to be changed from open pit to underground,the determination of boundary pillar's thickness is of great importance for the safety of underground mining activities.According to site conditions of Shirengou Iron Ore Mine that has been changed from open pit to underground,the safe thickness of boundary pillar has been calculated in the way that the deformation and damage status of the boundary pillar during mining activities is simulated on a representative rock section is simulated by means of RFPA 2D (rock failure process analysis) system developed by Northeast University.The results of calculation and simulation can be used to prove,supplement and guide the design of pillar's thickness and are helpful to construction of the mine.
