摘要
本实验通过接枝改性法制备自乳化水性环氧树脂乳液。以甲基丙烯酸和苯乙烯为接枝单体,在BPO的引发作用下,进行接枝反应,用N,N-二甲基乙醇胺中和之后制得稳定的环氧树脂乳液。通过红外光谱分析产物的结构和组成,并对乳液的粘度、粒径及其分布、分子量等进行了测定,探讨了接枝反应温度、甲基丙烯酸和苯乙烯的配比、中和反应p H值等对乳液性能的影响。
In this study, it is prepared by graft-modified which self-emulsifying aqueous epoxy resin emulsion. Acrylic acid and styrene as grafting monomer, under the action of BPO initiator to perform grafting reaction, with N, N- dimethylethanolamine and obtained after a stable epoxy resin emulsion. By infrared spectroscopy structure and composition of the product, and the viscosity of the emulsion, particle size and distribution, molecular weight were measured, discussed the grafting reaction temperature, the ratio of methacrylic acid and styrene, and the reaction p H value, etc.effect of emulsion.
