摘要
目的研究中药排铅汤对儿童铅中毒的驱铅效果。方法选取2016年1月—2018年12月本院收治的200例铅中毒患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各100例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在其基础上采用中药排铅汤。将两组的临床效果、症候积分、生化指标、不良反应发生率进行比较。结果观察组铅中毒患儿的临床总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后的症候积分以及血铅浓度均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后的血钙、血锌、血色素均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论在常规治疗的基础上联合中药排铅汤能够促进铅中毒患儿临床症状及生化指标的改善,驱铅效果显著且安全性高。
Objective To study the effect of Chinese herbal decoction on removing lead from children suffered with lead poisoning.Methods 200 children suffered with lead poisoning admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(100 cases)and observation group(100 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction in addition.The clinical effect,symptom score,biochemical index and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of children with lead poisoning in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the symptom score and blood lead concentration in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the blood calcium,blood zinc and hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusions Combination of traditional Chinese medicine lead removing decoction on the basis of routine treatment could promote the improvement of clinical symptoms and biochemical indicators of children with lead poisoning,and the effect of removing lead is remarkable and the safety is high.
