摘要
目的探讨冠状动脉性心脏病患者的治疗依从性对其生命质量评价的影响,以采取相应积极的应对措施。方法采用调查问卷的方式了解患者的依从性,采用SF-36量表对2017年1—7月在本院心内科住院并确诊为冠心病的308例住院患者进行生命质量评价。结果冠心病患者的依从性越好,其生命质量评分越高;反之其生命质量评分越低,且两组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论冠状动脉性心脏病患者的治疗依从性与其生命质量的好坏密切相关,应采取有力的措施提高患者的依从性及生命质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of treatment compliance of patients with coronary heart disease on their life quality,and to take the appropriate measures.Methods Patient compliance was understood by way of questionnaire,and the assessment of quality of life of 308 cases by using SF-36 scale.Results The better the compliance of patients with coronary heart disease was,the higher the quality score of their lives.The poorer the compliance was,the lower the score of life quality.The comparison between two groups with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment adherence of patients with coronary artery disease is closely related to quality of life,we should take effective measures to improve patient’s compliance and quality of life.
