摘要
目的分析护理干预对食管癌患者放疗期间生活质量、并发症以及患者依从性的影响。方法抽选2015-03-2016-03在我院行食管癌放疗的100例患者,根据护理方式的不同将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组患者给予护理干预治疗,对照组患者给予常规护理。比较两组患者放疗期间生活质量、并发症以及患者依从性。结果比较两组患者的并发症发生率、依从性以及生活质量,差异有统计学意义。结论采用护理护理对试管癌患者实施护理,可有效的提高患者的生活质量和治疗的依从性,降低患者的并发症的发生概率。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the nursing intervention in patients with esophageal cancer during radiotherapy quality of life,complications,and the impact of patient compliance.METHODS Selected in March 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital esophageal cancer radiotherapy of 100 cases of patients,according to the different methods of nursing care will be divided into the observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.Observation group patients give nursing intervention,control group patients given routine care.Compare two groups of patients during radiotherapy quality of life,complications and patient compliance.RESULTS To compare the two groups of patients the incidence of complications,compliance and quality of life,the difference was statistically significant.CONCLUSION The nursing care for in vitro cancer care,can effectively improve the patient's quality of life and treatment compliance,reduce the risk of complications of patients.
