摘要
目的研究超声心动图与心电图联合诊断对高血压性心脏病疾病评估的应用价值。方法 160例患者分成对照组与观察组。对照组采用单一心电图检查法,观察组采用心电图联合超声心动图检查法。对比分析两组患者的心电图检查结果、观察组超声心动图检查情况、两组的心室增大或增肥情况。结果两组患者的心电图检查结果无显著差异,P>0.05;观察组患者的超声心动图检查结果更为全面详尽,观察组心室增大或增肥的检出率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论超声心动图与心电图联合能显著提高对高血压性心脏疾病的检出率。
OBJECTIVE To study the echocardiography and electrocardiogram(ecg)diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease assessment application value.METHODS 160 patients were divided into control group and observation group.Control group adopts single electrocardiogram test,observation group USES the electrocardiogram(ecg)combined ultrasonic cardiogram test.Comparative analysis of two groups of patients electrocardiogram examination results echocardiography,observation group,two groups of ventricular enlargement or fattening.RESULTS Two groups of patients electrocardiogram(ecg)examination results no significant difference(P>0.05);Observation group of patients with echocardiography results more comprehensive and detailed observation group entricular enlargement or fattening detection rate is higher than the control group,P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS Echocardiography and electrocardiogram(ecg)can significantly increase the detection rate of hypertensive heart disease.
