摘要
近20年来,国家大力发展建设工程设计施工总承包(DB)模式。本文以库阿高速DB项目的设计阶段为研究背景,识别出设计阶段中可能存在的风险因素,使用AHP法明确了库阿高速设计阶段风险管理的重点;最后,对于上述主要风险设计了相应的对策,以降低整个设计阶段所具有的风险影响因素概率,保证设计阶段的顺利进行。
Over the past 20 years,our country develops the design-build delivery mode( DB). In this paper,combining with the project design of Ku-A Highway,the potential risk of the project design is pointed out. By using AHP method,the risk management in this project is clarified. And aiming at the risk,relevant measures are put forward to reduce the risk.
