摘要
采用动态硫化法制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/丁腈橡胶(NBR)热塑性硫化胶(TPV),对其力学性能及压缩模式下的Mullins效应及其可逆回复进行了研究。结果表明:当PLA/NBR质量比为30/70时,TPV的力学性能较好,加入DOP之后力学性能更好;TPV的单轴循环压缩中出现了明显的压缩Mullins效应,压缩应变一定时,最大压缩应力、内耗和tanδ均在首次加载-卸载循环中达到最大值,第二次循环压缩时下降明显,此后下降趋势减缓;在热处理条件下,TPV的Mullins效应的回复程度明显提升,且在160℃回复效果较好。
Thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV)based on polylactic acid(PLA)/nitrile rubber(NBR)blends were prepared by dynamic vulcanization,the Mullins effect and the reversible response under the compression modes were researched.The results showed that when the mass ratio of PLA/NBR was 30/70,the mechanical properties of TPV were well.If adding DOP in it,the mechanical properties were better.Mullins effect could be observed in the compression stress-strain curves of the TPV during the uniaxial loading-unloading cycles;moreover,the maximum compression stress,internal friction and tanδreached to the maximum value during the first loading-unloading cycle when the strain was fixed,decreased obviously in the second loadingunloading cycle,and then only decreased slightly in the later loading-unloading cycles.During the second compressing,the Mullins effect was improved obviously when increasing the heat treatment temperature,and the better recovery temperature was at 160 ℃.
