摘要
作者认为我国科技情报系统的效益不高,原因在于情报资料与情报检索工具与情报用户的需求和吸收能力还不适应,建议扩大完善中文的科技情报检素工具,并对可能遇到的问题进行了分析。
The author attributes the low efficiency of China’s sci-tech information set-up to the inadaptability of information resources and the retrieval tools to the demands and the absorption ability of the users. The idea of broadening and perfecting the sci-tech information retrieval tool in Chinese is brought up in the paper, and the problems that might be encountered are analysed.
