摘要
【目的/意义】社会网络环境下,对学术社区利用水平的定量分析对于揭示学者和机构学术影响力具有重要意义。【方法/过程】本文以ResearchGate学术社区为例,对中国和美国的代表性iSchool院校用户数据进行采集分析,探究了iSchool成员对学术社区的总体利用水平,并分别对iSchool层级成员、中美iSchool成员用户进行比较分析。【结果/结论】研究结果发现,图书情报学科用户对学术社区整体利用水平有限,成果质量与学术影响力处于相对弱势;iSchool层级成员间对学术社区利用差异并不显著,而中国iSchool成员的学术社区参与水平、学术影响力和受关注程度均距美国iSchool成员有明显差距。
【Purpose/significance】The quantitative analysis of the utilization of academic social networking site is significant to measure the academic influence of researchers and research institutions in social network environment.[Method/Process]Taking ResearchGate as an example,this paper crawled and analyzed the members of Chinese and American i Schools,explored their overall academic social networking site utilization level,compared the differences among tires of i S-chool as well as Chinese and American iSchools.【Result/conclusion】The results show that the utilization of academic so-cial networking site,the quality and academic influence of researches of Library and Information Science discipline re-mained in a low level.In addition,the differences of among tires of iSchool were not significant,while the participation level,academic influence and popularity of Chinese members were significantly behind American members.
