鞍山西沙河住宅小区振动沉管灌注桩桩载试验分析

Load-testing analysis of vibro-sinking pipe cast-in-place piles at Xishahe residential area, Anshan City

摘要 本文以鞍山西沙河小区(32栋6~7层住宅楼群)的13根柱载试验资料为素材,以9栋楼的沉降观测为佐证,讨论了厚层软塑至可塑粘性土中的振动沉管灌注桩的成桩工艺、反插和复打的效果,桩侧阻和桩端阻的变化规律,以及某些地区性规定和现行灌注桩规程若干急需修改的问题。 Taking the case history of 13 pile load-testing data at Xishahe residential area (32 buildings of 6~7 stories), Anshan city, with the settlement observations of 9 buildings as evidences, this paper discusses the pile-formation technique, effect of reverse-pushing and retapping, variation law of side-friction and tip resistance, an well as some problems in the present cast-in-place pile code and some district regulations that requires modifications urgently. These are done for the vibrosinking pipe cast-in-place piles in thick-layered soft-plastic to plastic clayey soils.
