摘要
以可靠性增长试验的观点 ,分析了某电厂 12 5MW 1号机组整组起动调试中故障原因及统计数据。指出在调试过程中由于不断暴露问题并加以解决 ,整台机组的可靠性水平显著增长 ,但直至移交试生产 ,不考虑机组维修的狭义可靠性指标仍然较低。给出了机组可靠性增长AMSAA模型的点估计 ,并利用其进行了预测分析。分析结果实践表明是正确的。
From the view point of reliability-enhancing test, the causes of faults and statistic data in start-up commissioning of a complete 125MW unit in one power plant have been analysed. It has been pointed out that the reliability of unit NO.1 enhanced obviously during the time of start-up commissioning because of successively appeared problems having been solved one after another. But the reliability index in narrow sense without considering maintenance of units still remains at a low level until hand-over to trial production. The point estimation of a reliability-enhancing AMSAA model is given, and some forcast analyses having been carried out by using the said model. The results of analyses show, the practice being correct.
