摘要
纳米SiO2 的独特结构使其表现出一些特殊的光学特性 ,但文献对其紫外区光学性质的报道不一致。本文对几种不同类型的纳米SiO2 进行了紫外 可见光谱测试 ,结果表明纳米SiO2 在紫外 可见光范围内具有较强的光反射性能 ,但在λ =2 30nm附近有一强度不一的吸收峰 ,该吸收峰的强度可能与纳米SiO2 的结构和表面状态有关。
The unique structure of nano SiO 2 makes it show some special optical properties. However, the reports about it's optical properties in ultraviolet region are different. UV Vis spectrum of several different nano SiO 2 are tested in this paper. The results show that nano SiO 2 has strong ability of light reflection in ultraviolet visible region, but for every kind of nano SiO 2, there is a different intensity absorption peak when λ is about 230nm. The strength of these absorption peaks is probably relative to the structure and surface condition of nano SiO 2.
