本文从全科医生在社区卫生服务中的地位和作用以及目前我国社区卫生服务人力存在的问题揭示发展全科医学教育、培养全科医生的重要性和迫切性。分析国内外全科医学教育与培训模式 。
By describing the status and role of general practitioners and the existing problems of health manpower resources in community health services,the authors reveal that it is important and imperative to develop the general practice education and train community general practitioners.This article also analyses the programs of general practice education and training in China and other countries,exploring what the model is suitable to China.
