摘要
本文在阐明学习监控及相关概念的基础上 ,联系基层电大开放教育试点实际 。
This paper,on the basis of expounding the learning monitoring & control and its related concepts as well as linking the actual situation of the pilot open education project conducted at the grass-roots RTVUs,puts forward a basic model of learning monitoring & control and possible problems that may cause while praetising the model.
