摘要
本文从全国各高校普遍存在的大学生心理健康的不良状况入手 ,分析了高校班主任工作的特点 。
The essay summarized unhealthy psychological factors that generally existed among the university students throughout the country ,analyzed the working specialities of the supervisors, proved that the new working role of a university class teacher should be a guiding teacher who can guide psychologically healthy education for the university students.
