摘要
用石灰石做脱硫剂 ,在一台 35 t/h循环流化床 ( CFB)锅炉上进行工业试验 .采用炉内添加石灰石混烧的脱硫工艺 ,测试钙硫比和石灰石颗粒径变化对脱硫及锅炉运行效果的影响 .试验结果表明 :( 1 )时均脱硫效率与瞬态最高脱硫效率均随 Ca/S比的增加而增大 ,但在 Ca/S<2 .5时增加缓慢 .当 Ca/S摩尔比为 3.1 5时 ,时均脱硫效率有 5 3.5 % ,瞬态最高脱硫效率可达 77% ;( 2 )石灰石的平均颗粒径越细 ,脱硫效率越高 .当平均颗粒径为 0 .36mm时 ,时均脱硫效率接近于5 0 % ;( 3)加入石灰石脱硫会引起炉床温度波动 ,但波动幅度不大 .当钙硫比较小时 ,炉床温度先升后降 ;而在钙硫比较大情况下 ,炉床温度则是先降后升 ;( 4 )在 Ca/S比较小的情况下 ,添加石灰石混烧会使锅炉炉床平均温度下降 ,而使炉膛中部、上部和出口处的温度上升 ;在高 Ca/S比情况下 ( >3.0 )却使锅炉整体的运行温度都下降 .从试验结果推断 ,当钙硫比取 2 .5~ 3.0 ,石灰石平均粒径取 0 .2 mm~ 1 .0 mm时 。
Using limestone as desulfurizing agent,an industrial experiment was conducted on a 35 t/h CFB boiler whose fuel is Fujian anthracite.The technique mixing limestone with coal during combustion to desulfurization was adopted in experiment.The effect of varying Ca/S molar ratio and mean sizes of limestone particle(MSLP) on combustion desulfurization and the running of boilers were tested.It is showed from the experiment that:(1) Both the time average desulfurization efficiency and the maximum instantaneous desulfurization efficiency would increase with the risng of Ca/S molar ratio,but the pace grows slowly when Ca/S<2.5,A 53 % time average desulfurization efficiency and a 77 % of the instantaneous maximum desulfurization efficiency could be obtained when Ca/S reach 3.15;(2) The desulfurisation efficiency is higher when MSLP is smaller.When MSLP is 0.36 mm,an approximate 50 % of the times average desulfurization efficiency could be reached;(3) Adding limestone to coal during would cause a slight fluctuation in the boiler's bed temperature.When Ca/S ratio is small,the bed temperature would rise for a short time before it falls down;however,when Ca/S ratio is big,the bed temperature would then go up after a short duration of descending;(4) In small Ca/S ratio,with adding the furnace would rise;but in a big Ca/S ratio(Ca/S>3.0),all of the running temperature of boiler would fall down when limestone is put into furnace;It can be infered from the experiment that when Ca/S=2 5 3 0 and LPAD lying between 0 2 mm 1 0 mm,a good combustion desulphurization result can be expected in CFB boiler with burning Fujian anthractie.
