摘要
用FeCl2,BaCl2·2H2O,KNO3作为前驱体溶液,在230°C水热直接合成六角片状钡铁氧体,降低了钡铁氧体的合成温度。实验考察了水热反应实验参数对所合成的六角片状钡铁氧体颗粒形貌、尺寸以及磁性能的影响。实验证明随着水热反应温度的升高,钡铁氧体颗粒的尺寸与饱和磁化强度都随之升高。
Hexagonal plateshaped barium hexaferrite was directly synthesized by using ferrous chloride (FeCl2) as a starting material at 230 °C. The effects of Ba/Fe ratio, the reaction temperature and time on the formation, particle size and magnetic properties of barium ferrite were investigated. Both the particle size and saturation magnetization increase with the increasing of hydrothermal reaction temperature, while the intrinsic coercivity reaches to 685 Oe at 230 °C.
