摘要
采用BET,XRD和TPR手段对甲醇低压气相羰化合成醋酸的镍基催化剂进行了表征,考察了不同负载配比下,三金属负载催化剂(Ni-Zn-Cu AC)对羰化活性的影响。结果表明,三金属负载具有协同作用,Cu、Zn的添加改善了催化剂的羰基化性能;在适宜的工艺条件下,(5%Ni-5%Zn-5%Cu) AC的配比组合活性最好,甲醇的转化率为94 58%,醋酸的单程选择性为16 58%,羰基类化合物的总收率为51 26%;进一步工艺条件考察表明,羰化产物的选择性和醋酸收率既取决于进料摩尔配比CH3OH CH3I和CO CH3OH的变化,也与羰化温度的高低和接触时间的长短有关系。
Under pressurized conditions in the presence of methyl iodide,Ni,Zn and Cu loaded on the activated carbon has better catalytic activity in the vapor phase carbonylation of methanol to acetic acid,the catalysts were charactered by means of BET,XRD and TPR,the ratios of the three metals loaded were studied.The results indicated that the three metals had synergistic effect,the addition of Cu,Zn to Ni/AC could improve the catalytic activity,the appropriate ratio of the three metals was 5% Ni-5%Zn-5% Cu(wt),under the optimal conditions,conversion of methanol reached to 9458%,yield of acetic acid was 1658%,and the total yield of carbonyl products was 5126%.And the following carbonyl process evaluations showed that,the selectivity of carbonic products and yield of acetic acid were not only depended on the contact time and reaction temperature,but also related to the feed ratio of n (CH3OH/CH3I),n(CO/CH3OH).
