摘要
介绍一种基于关系数据库SQLServer的IC卡预付费系统软件的设计与实现过程。采用面向对象的编程开发工具Powerbuilder7.0设计出一套售电软件系统,实现利用IC卡对电表进行预购电及用电查询的功能,同时具备剩余电量报警、超功率断电及防窃电等安全措施功能。系统具有操作简便、信息查询方便等优点。
The design and realization of the system software based on relative database(SQL Server)for selling electricity by IC card is described.The object-oriented develop tool Powerbuilder7.0is adopted in software system design.User can buy electricity with IC card in advance and query the remainder.System has the functions of less-remainder alarm,over-use switch-off,steal-prevention and so on.The operation is easy and the inquiry is convenient.
