三相鼠笼式异步电动机转子断条故障程度的诊断方法 被引量:8

摘要 从三相鼠笼式异步电动机转子断条的物理本质出发,解释断条时定子电流频谱中各种特征频率成分出现的原因,并得出相邻的多根导条断裂时,由定子电流中故障特征成分与基波成分的幅值之比与断条程度之间的修正关系。经计算对比表明,该修正关系与实际情况较吻合,适合于用来诊断转子断条数。 In this paper, the formative mechanism of the characteristic frequency components caused by broken bar in the stator current of the squirrel cage induction motor is first described. Then a simple way to calculate the amplitude of the characteristic frequency components caused by broken rotor bars is presented, and the indication on the fault extent based on the ratio of the amplitude of the characteristic frequency components to that of the fundamental component is constituted. Computation results indicate that the fault extent indication defined in this paper coincides with the simulation results.
