摘要 目的 为耳外科及神经外科手术提供解剖学依据。方法 观察乙状窦沟 (GSS)的形态、位置及GSS上曲在颅骨表面的标志点 ,测量GSS的宽度、深度及其与周围结构间的距离。结果 GSS呈“乙”字型 ,83 33%的顶乳突缝前角投影在GSS上曲处。GSS的宽度左侧平均为 (10 92± 1 80 )mm ,右侧平均为 (12 0 0± 1 6 5 )mm ;深度左侧平均为 (4 15± 1 4 0 )mm ,右侧平均为 (5 2 7± 2 2 7)mm。GSS宽度及深度均有显著的侧别差异。GSS前外侧缘到前庭导水管外口、内耳门下后缘、后半规管、外耳道后壁的距离分别为 (7 85±2 4 7)mm、(2 1 6 9± 4 97)mm、(8 5 4± 2 74 )mm、(12 4 2± 2 4 6 )mm。结论 GSS为颞骨岩部后面的一个重要的骨性结构 ,顶乳突缝前角处可 (作为GSS上曲定位的参考标志。 Objective To provide an anatomic basis for otolosurgery and neurosurgery. Methods The morphology and location of groove of sigmoid sinus (GSS),the extracranial mark spot of upper curvature of GSS,depth and width of GSS and the distances from GSS to its adjacent structures were measured. All the data were analysed using SPSS10.0 software. Results The GSS is '乙' shaped. The extracranial mark spot of upper curvature of GSS is mastoid angle of parietal bone in 83.33% of all. The depth of GSS is (10.92±1.80) mm on the left and (12.00±1.65) mm on the right. The width of GSS is (4.15±1.40) mm on the left and (5.27±2.27) mm on the right. The difference in the depth and width of GSS were statistically significant between the left and right. The distances from frontal lateral edge of GSS to the external aperture of the vestibular aqueduct,interolaterial lip of internal auditory meatus,posterior semicircular canal,the posterior wall of the external auditory canal are (7.85±2.47) mm,(21.69±4.97) mm,(8.54±2.74) mm,(12.42±2.46) mm in turn. Conclusion GSS is an important anatomic bony mark on the posterior surface of petrous bone. There are some relationship between GSS and its adjacent structures.
