摘要
本文针对目前复摆颚式破碎机的机构参数、结构形式不统一,造成产品机型混乱和材料、能源浪费的问题,提出了复摆颚式破碎机的机构参数优化的数学模型。经用复合形法计算表明,优化后的破碎机可大幅度提高衬板的使用寿命和提高生产率。本文还根据某选矿厂采用颚式破碎机破碎煤炭的使用情况,提出生产中轻型颚式破碎机的构想。
This article proposes a mathematical model for optimizing the mechanismic paramcters of the present compound pendulum jaw crusher to counter its structural nonuniformity and problems of energy and material wastes.Through complex,calculation it has found that the optimized crusher can considerably increase the life of crushcr lining and productivity.The paper also in the light of the applications of pendulum crushers in cracking coal in a concentration plant,proposes the idea of a light crusher.
