摘要
以间氟苯酚为原料 ,β-环糊精为定位剂 ,经碘化、氰化合成 3-氟 - 4-氰基苯酚。研究了反应因素如温度、p H、催化剂、溶剂等对收率的影响。结果表明 :碘化过程中 ,反应温度控制在 0~ 5℃之间 ,环糊精投入量为间氟苯酚量 2倍时 ,碘化产率可达 90 %以上 ;氰化过程中 ,反应温度控制在 1 2 0℃左右 ,三氯化铁作催化剂 ,DMF作反应溶剂时 ,碘化产率可达 70
3-fluoro 4 crynophenol has been preparated using m fluorophenol as feedstack. The effects of different experimental conditions,such as reaction temperature, mole ratio and acidity on the reactions have been dealed with. The results show that the yield was above 90% when the quantity of cyclodextrin was two times of that of fluorophenol at the temperatures 0~5 ℃ in the iodination reaction.In the process of carbonitriding,the yield was 70% when FeCl 3 was used as a catalyst at 120 ℃.
