耳鼻咽喉科领域的软骨组织工程 被引量:6

摘要 耳、鼻、喉和气管的软骨组织工程研究已有较大进展,已分别在裸鼠和具有免疫力动物体内形成了与耳鼻咽喉有关的组织工程化软骨组织,并有初步应用的实验研究报道。随着胚胎干细胞、骨髓基质干细胞、同种异体软骨细胞和智能生物材料的研发和应用,耳鼻咽喉科软骨组织工程有望获得突破性进展。本文综述了该领域的软骨组织工程研究现状和发展趋势。 There were many significant achievements in tissue engineering research on otorhinolaryngological cartilage. Tissue engineered auricular, nasal and trachea! cartilage not only were obtained in athymic nude mice and animals with immunity but also have been initially used to repair cartilage defects in animals. In the near future, with the development and application of embryonic stem cells (ES) , bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) , allogeneic chondrocytes and smart biomaterials, it is hopeful for cartilage tissue engineering to achieve breakthrough results in otorhinolaryngology. The article reviewed and summarized the present research and progress on cartilage tissue engineering in otorhinolaryngology.
