摘要
介绍了虚拟仪器技术及其在水泥性能自动测试系统中的应用,此系统采用主、从式虚拟仪器体系结构,下位单片机完成数据采集、转换及步进电机控制功能,通过RS232与上位机PC进行通讯。主机为PC机是系统的核心既虚拟仪器,软件系统采用VB为开发平台,为基于虚拟仪器的面向对象及数据库技术的模块化结构。
This paper introduces the virtual instrument technology and the applications to the cement performence testing system. This system consists of 89C51 single-chip microcomputer system and the PC computer. The single-chip microcomputer system performs the data acquisition and step-motor controling functions. The computer accomplishes data processing, display, saving and printing functions. The computer communicates with the single-chip microcomputer system through RS232. The software system is the virtual instrument architecture on the basis of object oriented design language VB and database technology.
