摘要
我国高新技术产业开发区建立已有十余年,取得了很大成绩,但是也存在许多制约其持续发展的众多问题。高新技术产业开发区应该采取相应的对策,促进高新技术产业群的形成,发挥高新技术产业群的规模经济外部效应,从而使我国的高新区形成独特的竞争优势。
The high and new technology industrial development zone of our country has been found for more than ten years and mode great achievements, but there are still many problems which restrict its continuable development. So it should take corresponding countermeasures to creat the industry cluster of new and high technology and gives full play to its outside effect of large - scale production, which can form the unigue competitive advantage in the area.
