摘要
目的 设计了一套汉语语法检查量表 ,以准确、全面地评定汉语失语症患者的语法缺失程度 ,并测试其临床应用价值。方法 根据汉语语法特点、文化背景及语言习惯 ,设计了一套用于定量评定汉语失语症患者语法缺失程度的方法。包括词类、语序、语用、句子 图画匹配和语言符号操作五部分。对左大脑半球病变失语患者及右大脑半球病变非失语患者各 15例及正常对照组15名进行了测试 ,计算各部分量表分的均数和标准差并在三组间进行比较。结果 左大脑半球病变组与右大脑半球病变组及与正常对照组间各亚项评分差异显著 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,右大脑半球病变组与正常对照组间部分亚项差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 该检查法具备较好的可靠性和实用性 。
Objective To develop a Chinese agrammatism battery for evaluating the impairment of verbal communicating of agrammatism patient and to test its value in clinical application.Methods Based on the characteristics of Chinese grammar,the factors relative to oral behavior and the cultural background,the Chinese Agrammatism Battery(CAB)was designed.The CAB,which consists of five tasks includes speech,word order,statement,sentence-picture matching and language symbol operating.15 cases of left hemisphere damage aphasia patients and 15 cases of right hemisphere damage nonaphasia patients and 15 healthy subjects were examined and the rating scores were recorded.Results The difference of rating subscores between left and right hemisphere damage patients and healthy subjects were significant(P< 0.05或P<0.01).Conclusions The practicability and reliability of CAB were showed preliminarily through clinical application.
