吸热式氮基气氛与钢复杂平衡体系的热力学计算(Ⅰ)

摘要 本文用独立组元法对吸热式氮基气氛与碳钢间的多元反应复杂平衡体系在前人简单反应的工作基础上进行了热力学计算,得到了有关的方程式。对体系中各组分在不同温度下的平衡组成和碳势,以及不同氮含量时气氛的碳势进行了计算。计算结果表明,在一定温度下,气氛的碳势随CO_2浓度的增加而减少;在一定CO_2含量时,炉温越高,则气氛的碳势越低。 A method of minimization of free energy was used for the thermodynamic calculation of com-plex chemical equilibrium system for nitrogen-base controled atmosphere and carbon steel,and the concerning equations were obtained.The equilibrium compositions and the carbon potentials of the controled atmosphere at different temperatures and the carbon potentials of controled atmosphere at different contents of nitrogen were calculated.It is shown that the carbon potential decreases with the increasing of concentration of the carbon dioxide at constant temperature;and the higher the france temperature,the lower the carbon potential of atmosphere if the content of carbon dioxide is constant. The conclusions are in good agreement with the results obtained in treatise Ⅰ.
