摘要
我们得到了邻近星系团Abell2634中心区域的198颗成员星系在B、V、R三个波段的光度函数,并且分别用Schechter函数和Gaussian函数及其组合进行了拟合.我们将所得到的光度函数与其它星系团的光度函数以及场星系的光度函数进行了比较,发现与Coma星系团的光度函数一致,而与场星系的光度函数存在较大的差异.我们认为这种差异可能是由星系团的环境因素引起的.
We have derived the luminosity functions (LFs) of 198 member galaxies in the central region of the nearby cluster of galaxies Abell 2634 in the B,V and R bands.The Schechter function,Gaussian function and the combinations are used in our analyses.We compare our LFs with those for member galaxies in other clusters and that for field galaxies.Our LF is found to be consistent with that in Coma cluster,and significantly different from the LF of field galaxies.We think that the difference may be due to the environmental effect of galaxy clusters.
