摘要
用菜用土人参Talinumtriangulare (Jacq .)Willd种子进行发芽特性的研究 ,结果显示 :菜用土人参种子的适宜浸种时间为 3h,适宜催芽温度为 3 5℃。GA3 和PEG处理均可明显促进菜用土人参种子发芽 ,适宜浓度分别为 1 5 0mg/L和 2 5 %。
Talinum triangulare (Jacq.) Willd seeds for germination were used as materials in the expriment. The results showed that the optimum seed soaking time for Talinum triangulare (Jacq.) Willd was 3h at 25℃,and the appropriate germination temperature was 35℃. Treatment with GA 3 at 150 mg/L or PEG 4000 at 25% obviously increased the germination percentage, germination vigor and germination index.
