摘要
介绍了四乙酰乙二胺(TAED)的合成及其对H2O2漂白的活化机理,采用TAED作为棉纤维H2O2漂白的活化剂,探讨了碱浓度、TAED浓度及漂白时间对漂白效果的影响.实验表明,在一定的工艺条件下,TAED可以大大提高H2O2在较低温度和pH值条件下漂白的效果,为TAED作为漂白促进剂的工业化应用提供了理论依据.
Synthesis of tetraacetyl ethylene diamine(TAED)and its activation mechanism in hydrogen peroxide bleaching were discussed.In bleaching cotton with hydrogen peroxide utilizing TAED as activator,the effect of alkali concentration,TAED concentration,and time of bleaching on the result of bleaching was studied.Experiments showed that under certain conditions TAED could greatly improve the result of hydrogen peroxide bleaching in lower temperature and under mild pH.This study has provided a theoretical basis for industrial use of TAED as a bleaching activator.
