摘要
调查成都、沈阳两市社区卫生服务机构人力配备现状。成都人力规模相对较小 ,沈阳人员年龄偏大 ,而学历、职称比成都略高 ;两市在预防专业人员中存在高职称低学历的现象 ;两市每千人口社区卫生服务中心卫技人员的数量与期望值均有一定差距。
To investigate the present situation of human resource deployment in community health service institutions between Chengdu and Shenyang,so as to find some problems in these aspects and put forward relative suggestions.The size of human resource in Chengdu was bigger than that in Shenyang;the age of health workers in Shenyang was older than that in Chengdu,and the level of education and technical title of health workers in Shenyang were higher than those in Chengdu.There was the phenomena in the structure of people who did health prevention work,'high technical title,but low education background'.There was certain difference in the number of community health workers per thousand people between actual level and expected level in both cities.
