摘要
制备硫酸软骨素新工艺利用双酶酶解法提取。设计了正交试验 ,得到最优化反应条件。最优反应条件为温度 5 0℃ ,pH8.6～ 8.9,加酶量 0 .0 3g/dl,收率达 1 7.84%。
Purpose A novel technique for production of chondroitin sulfate (CS). Methods CS was extracted from cartilage using enzymolysis of enzyme-enzyme. The process was investigated by orthogonal experimental design. Results it was shown that the best conditions were t 50℃, PH8.6～8.9, the content of endotrypsin 0.03g/dl. in which the yield of CS was 17.84% Conclusion The result of the study provided the basis for carrying out industrialization of CS production.
